This is mostly you:

As a DPM-Kung-fu-Master you will be involved in managing and producing small to large web projects and online marketing campaigns. Therefore you must have the necessary exposure to various online marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, PPC, Email Marketing and Social Media.

You'll be working and collaborating with an emarketing strategist, a creative director, web designers, web developers and copywriters.

The position entails interacting with clients, gathering project requirements, drawing up project scopes and managing the production and workflow scheduling. You need to ensure that the creative and technical teams are briefed and that client objectives are met and budgets are monitored.

Have to haves:

• You are motivated, a self-starter and you get things done
• You have excellent presentation skills
• You have exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
• You are familiar with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies/approaches
• You understand the roles of User Experience Designers, Information Architects, Content Developers, and Interaction Designers in the web development processes in general.
• You have the uncanny ability to nail down the specs and costing when developing project proposals.
• You're a peeps person. You'll be dealing with clients, creatives and technically minded people.
• You have the ability to track, control and report on and manage the delivery of a project.
• You understand Digital Marketing/eMarketing and you are familiar with all the jargon.
• You have excellent MS Office skills and you love Ghant charts
• PC / Mac literate

Qualifications:

You either have a 3 or 4 year diploma or degree in something cool like Information Design, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia design, etc.

Project Management specific qualifications are highly advantageous.
